In the current geopolitical and economic conditions, issue of making operational management decisions for effective functioning country's enterprises is particularly acute, taking into account organizational technological features, as well increasing levels risk uncertainty associated, among other things, with need to process flows specific rapidly changing information. this regard, intelligent decision support systems are becoming increasingly popular, containing modules collecting, processing modeling formalized data having both a universal character adaptation range issues relevant certain group or even single enterprise. The purpose presented study was develop such system managing cargo flows. Based on analysis, developed proposed, which used improve efficiency flow process.
